Terms of Service

1. Service

Scopeflow provides quoting, proposal, and workflow tools for trade businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business registered on the account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Each business should maintain one workspace account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must start a paid subscription to continue using quote creation and export features. No charge is made during the trial unless you opt in to billing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent quotes, abusing signup flows, reverse-engineering the application, or using Scopeflow to facilitate unlawful activity.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data, quote content, and client information. We store and process it only to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopeflow's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days for recovery, then deleted.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice via email or in-app. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
