1. Who we are

Scopeflow is a quoting and workflow platform for trade businesses, operated from Brisbane, Australia. When we say "we", "us", or "Scopeflow", we mean the operator of the scopeflow.com.au service.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

Account data — name, email address, business name, ABN, phone number.
Quote data — client details, measurements, pricing, scope notes, and generated proposals you create inside Scopeflow.
Billing data — payment card brand and last four digits, subscription status. Full card details are held by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Usage data — page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve reliability.

3. How we use it

Deliver the quoting, export, and email features you use.
Process billing through Stripe.
Send transactional emails (access links, quote delivery).
Improve the product and fix issues.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your quote data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

Scopeflow uses the following processors:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
Stripe — payment processing.
Vercel — application hosting.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

5. Data retention

Your account and quote data is retained for the life of your account. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days to support account recovery, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting hello@scopeflow.com.au.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, signed session cookies, and role-based access. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

8. Cookies

Scopeflow uses a single essential session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
